This cardio yoga workout will work you hard pushing you to the upper echelon of your cardiovascular conditioning. But with effort comes the reward of feeling like a billion dollars afterwards. 💰⚡️ You can take that to the bank!
Expect a balanced practice with a yoga centred warm up and cool down and sandwiched in between is the High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) work.
The core of this class is 4 exercises for 3 rounds in total. Each exercise will be done for 45 seconds with 15 seconds break after. After 1 full round of the 4 exercises there is a 1 minute break.
