Sometimes our periods are painful, there are cramps, emotions are not tolerable… So I wanted to create a video that gives you permission for 15 minutes to just BE! This slow flow is great right before, during and right after your period when you start to get your energy back.

We’ll be using the help of Yoni Mudra to scale down the pain and breathwork. I hope this one helps you! You can also do this video when you need a moment to yourself to just breathe and calm down. Let me know in the comments if you have any thoughts or questions!

TIP: Use a heating pad during the practice on your belly, thighs or your lower back for extra pain relief!
