Join in for this 15 min yoga for lower back pain practice to reduce and prevent lower back pain! We will do a series of postures that help strengthen the back muscles and help reduce lower back aches and pain. This practice for all levels, ideal for complete beginners.
This yoga for low back pain is also to prevent back pain or sciatica issues. For best results, do it regularly for healthy back!
We will work on flexibility, core strength and stability, alignment, and mindful breathing to achieve healthy back and healthy body. Keep your abs active.
