Yoga for BACK PAIN

Practice at least 3 times a week .

Individual who wants to :
* Strengthen and stretch spine, back, core and abdomen muscles
* Strengthen and stretch neck, lungs, shoulder
* Strengthen and tone legs, thighs and butt, Soothes sciatica
* Correct posture
* Promote flexibility and mobility
* Reduce belly fat

Any serious injuries on back, neck and stomach please consult Yoga Instructor and/or doctor before practicing these yoga poses.
