Our Yin practice is the “cold” kind of yoga, meaning we don’t build any heat but instead release into postures for up to several minutes at a time (mostly sitting or lying on our mats) while utilizing props for support.

Have your props handy (blankets, pillows, bolsters, blocks, etc.)
