Online Training Session | Season 1 Episode 14 – ZUMBA WORKOUT

In today’s episode, we have Hinal Gada, a trained Bharatnatyam Dancer and a certified Yoga Trainer along with Puja Gada, A Nutritionist and a Choreographer.
They will be doing a 10 minute Zumba Workout.
Zumba is a total-body cardio and aerobic workout, which provides a large calorie consumption.
