HOW TO PRACTICE ACTIVE RANGE OF MOTION IN THREE STATIC YOGA POSES // In this video, we show you how to modify 3 basic yoga postures to practice active range of motion (arom). Using active range of motion can help create more joint stability, increase overall strength, and increase joint mobility. It can be difficult to practice active range of motion without making the yoga asana into a gym exercise, so remember to move your body mindfully. We think these examples will have you working, breathing, and thinking about your body in a different way which will only strengthen various aspects of your yoga practice.
