DO YOU BREATHE AT FULL EXTENT???
As little kids we knew how to breath fully. With the time we tend to forget it. Especially in moments of stress our breathing becomes very shallow. It is time to get back to normal breath, to feed the body with oxygen and to remove intoxicated air from our lungs. We deserve it and our body deserves it!
HOW MUCH TIME I NEED FOR BREATHING MEDITATION PRACTICE?
Take 15 minutes (or even less) find a comfortable place and concentrate on your breathing. This is the best everyday mediation.
YOGA TIPS for beginners
When we concentrate on something we try to control it. But this time we just need to let it go! Focus on anything else than breathing as such.
Concentrate on things that come together with the breathing! Like air coming in and out of your body. Is it warm or cool?
Concentrate on the movements inside your body.
Concentrate on breathing through nose and moth or only through nose.

And the deeper we breathe the more oxygen we have for normal operation of the body.
