Today is Day 11 of Yoga Poses and it’s a good one and one of my favourite poses to teach and practice.

Warrior II or Virabhadrasana II, opens and strengthens the hips, shoulders, legs and pelvis. It also supports the reproductive, urinary and elimination systems.

I like this pose because it’s so versatile and you can easily move into different poses or try different variations for Warrior II.
