In this new series I will be sharing with you different approaches to yoga and mainly how to do Power Yoga.

Power Yoga is a great way not only to loose weight but to transform your body into a strong healthy version. In this first episode I will be showing you three different ways of doing Surya Namaskar and also will be sharing the advantages of including this in your fitness regime.
