Grab some water, turn on your favorite playlist + get ready to sweat. This challenging HIIT (high intensity interval training) workout consists of 4 HIIT moves (jump squats, speed skaters, burpees + plank jacks), followed by a 30-second water break, then 2 lower intensity moves — and we’ll repeat that 4 times through. You’ll work the entire body + get your heart rate sky rocketing. 😉 I’ll be the first to tell you, this workout was super hard for me to film — it’s a shining example of imperfection. It was challenging for me to do + talk through, but I felt truly amazing + lit up after completing it.
