Twisted Soul Yoga

Today class is a quick 20min HIIT

What is yoga HIIT?
HIIT (high intensity interval training)

You’ll experience a full body, cardio workout. HIIT will improve strength and will burn fat through high intensity cardio exercises. This practice will include 5 x 4min HIITs which will use a Timer. 20 seconds in action and 10 seconds in recovery for a total of 4 minutes each HIIT sequence.

All you need is you mat, water and a towel.
