Hello Beautiful Souls,

This is a 10 minute intermediate core yoga workout video for you to do some drills and strengthen your core. They are great to make that mind to muscle connection and strengthen your deep core muscles.

Do these core exercises 3-4 times a week in or after your practice and you will feel a that as the muscles strengthen the torso will be more upright and your posture will feel more confident.

These core yoga exercises should not be performed if you have lower back pain and please make sure that you are always consulting with your doctor before starting any physical activity.
